The Enclave at the Villages of Pinetree is a single family residential neighborhood located on Palmer Road in Sarasota Florida, approximately 2 miles east of I-75. The Enclave development was developed in 2002 with homes being occupied in 2003. All of the homes at The Enclave were constructed by Centex Homes of Sarasota and consist of barrel tile roofs, one story and two story homes. The homes in The Enclave typically have views of ponds & preserve and you may even see deer and an eagle.

You will find all ages living in The Enclave. Tatum Ridge Elementary is located across from The Enclave.
